I'm Irene, and I currently live in Dunedin, New Zealand.

Espiritu Body Therapies is my business in Dunedin that has been evolving over the last few years.

Currently we provide a number of therapies including the following:

I am also a lecturer in Massage Therapy @ Otago Polytechnic where there are several exciting courses available in Massage Therapy - including online teaching for distance students! Ask me more if you have any queries!

I am particularly interested in fascial work therapeutically, and working holisitically to treat the whole body spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Outside of massage I also love music and running and adventures! :-)
